Recently, the 100MW photothermal project of Tangshan Haitai Photovoltaic+Photothermal Integration Project, in which maiden voyage Hi-Tech is responsible for the supply service and installation guidance of the core equipment of tower concentrating and heat collecting system and air cooling system, successfully completed the 72-hour trial operation, marking the full and successful realization of the project construction goal.

The 72-hour trial operation of the unit started at 0: 04 on April 7th and ended at 0: 23 on April 11th, and it has been running safely and stably for 96h continuously, successfully fulfilling the set goal of continuous operation at full load for over 4h, and the unit's daily power generation exceeded 1 million kWh, setting a new record. During the trial operation, the overall system of the unit runs smoothly and reliably, and all performance indexes are excellent, which fully verifies the project construction quality and equipment operation level, and at the same time demonstrates the excellent performance and professional installation guidance ability of the core equipment of maiden voyage Hi-Tech.

Project overview:
Tangshan Haitai Turpan Photothermal+Photovoltaic Integration Project is located in Qiquanhu Town, north of Gaochang District, Turpan City, Xinjiang, covering an area of 27.34 square kilometers. As one of the second batch of market-oriented grid-connected new energy projects in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in 2022, the project integrates 900MW photovoltaic and 100MW heat storage molten salt tower-type photothermal power station, with a total lighting area of 524,790 m and 4,535 heliostats; The rated power of the heat absorber is 314MWt, and the center elevation of the heat absorber is 190 meters; The capacity is 2789MWh, and the heat storage system is equipped with 12h heat storage.

The project can significantly improve the overall power generation efficiency, system stability and power quality through the optimal combination of photothermal energy storage and photovoltaic power supply; It provides a new path for solving the bottleneck of large-scale new energy base development and building a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient modern energy system.
