Announcement Regarding the Signing of a Major Contract
Recently, Shouhang High-tech Energy Technology Co., Ltd.’s holding subsidiary, Shouhang Energy Saving Solar Thermal Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shouhang Solar Thermal" or the "Seller"), signed a contract with Aba County Shudao Clean Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") for the procurement of concentrating and heat-collecting system equipment for the Aba Maikun "Solar Thermal + PV" Integrated Power Generation Demonstration Project in Aba Prefecture. Under the contract, the Seller agrees to provide the specified equipment to the Buyer for the aforementioned demonstration project.

Recently, Gao Feng, the head of the Postdoctoral Research Station of Shouhang Hi-tech and the General Manager of the Energy Storage Division, was officially awarded a letter of appointment. He was appointed as an adjunct professor at the School of Chemical Engineering and Technology of Xi'an Jiaotong University, with a term of five years (from May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2031).
