From December 28 to 30, 2016, the China Photothermal Demonstration Power Station Development Leaders Summit was held in Dunhuang City, Gansu Province. Shouhang Energy Conservation Chairman Huang Wenjia, Vice Chairman and Deputy General Manager Huang Wenbo, Deputy General Manager and Board Secretary Hou Jianfeng and other company leaders attended the summit and participated in the relevant agenda.

It is reported that the theme of this summit is "Building a new pattern of photothermal demonstration with the linkage of government, finance, technology, and equipment". It aims to promote the first batch of photothermal demonstration projects in my country through dialogue and cooperation in all links of the government and photothermal power generation industry chain. The project will better complete the construction goals and lay a good foundation for the commercialization of China's photothermal industry in the future. The meeting was attended by more than 500 people from government departments, banks, the first batch of demonstration project developers and industry enterprises.

Huang Wenjia, chairman of Shouhang Energy Conservation, delivered a speech at the opening with the theme of "A bright future will be beautiful, a unique time". Huang Wenjia first explained that under the background of global emission reduction environment, national policy encouragement, and new energy consumption issues, the solar thermal power generation industry has huge development prospects, but at the same time, the final success of the first batch of demonstration projects is crucial to the healthy development of the industry, it is necessary for the various industrial chain links of photothermal power generation to be inclusive of each other, to be bigger together, to complement each other and to be internationally oriented. At the same time, it is also necessary for the policy authorities to hold an inclusive and dynamic evaluation attitude towards the development of the industry, and it is also hoped that local governments can give more support to photothermal power generation. It is hoped that through this summit, all parties in the solar thermal power generation industry can form a joint force to improve the success rate of solar thermal demonstration projects and form a guide and set a benchmark for the future development of the industry, so as to make a good start and lead the way for the development of China's solar thermal industry!

Huang Wenbo, vice chairman and deputy general manager, gave a special introduction on "the release of the results of the first voyage energy-saving Dunhuang 10MW molten salt tower power station grid-connected operation and the sharing of experience in project development and construction", introduced the basic situation of Dunhuang 10MW molten salt tower power station, and took this as an example to share the experience of key links such as the design, manufacture, procurement and construction of photothermal power station. In the form of video images, the participants were shown the panoramic video of the Dunhuang 10MW molten salt tower project and the first voyage energy-saving, intelligent, automated, high-precision and high-efficiency photothermal key equipment production system.

Hou Jianfeng, deputy general manager and secretary of the board of directors, participated in the discussion on "How to Solve the Financing Problem of Photothermal Power Generation Demonstration Projects", and discussed the feasibility of debt financing and equity financing of photothermal power generation projects with participating financial institutions and representatives of photothermal power station development companies. Discussed, and looked forward to the future cooperation methods between photothermal enterprises and projects and the financial capital community. Hou Jianfeng also said that Shouhang Energy Conservation hopes to cooperate with all parties at the capital level on the development of solar thermal projects and the supply chain.

The summit also set up a visit. On the afternoon of December 29, more than 430 delegates visited the newly connected 10MW molten salt tower project of the first voyage energy-saving Dunhuang, which also set the largest number of visitors to the solar thermal power generation project in China, reflecting the industry's attention to the 10MW molten salt tower power generation project of the first voyage energy-saving Dunhuang. In the northwest small town at the end of the year and the beginning of the year, the cold winter also reflects the heat of the photothermal power generation industry. The photothermal power generation industry also vaguely demonstrates its strong upward growth force when the winter ends in spring.
