Shouhang High-tech Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Shouhang High-tech") has recently obtained a comprehensive credit line approved by Hangzhou Bank Beijing Zhongguancun Sub-branch (hereinafter referred to as "Hangzhou Bank"). Hangzhou Bank has agreed to provide Nemai Technology with a credit line of RMB 300 million (RMB 300,000,000.00). The credit period is 1 year and can be recycled during the validity period of the credit. This line of credit is earmarked for the issuance of a separate letter of guarantee.
The specific contents of the above-mentioned credit matters shall be subject to the Credit Contract signed by both parties.
