I. Meetings of the Board of Supervisors
The 13th meeting of the 4th Board of Supervisors of Shouhang High-tech Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was held on August 29, 2022 at Building 20, Area 3, Headquarters Base, No. 188 South Fourth Ring Road West, Fengtai District, Beijing. The meeting notice and related materials were delivered to all supervisors by mail, telephone and fax on August 19, 2022. The meeting of the board of supervisors was convened and presided over by Mr. Chen Shuangta, chairman of the board of supervisors. There were 3 supervisors present at the meeting, and 3 supervisors were actually present. It complied with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations such as the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Articles of Association, and the resolutions made were legal and effective. After discussion and voting by all supervisors, the following resolutions were unanimously adopted:

1. Deliberated and passed the "Proposal on the Full Text of the Company's 2022 Semi-Annual Report and Its Summary"
Voting result: 3 votes in favor, 0 votes against and 0 abstentions.
After examination, the board of supervisors of the company issued the following examination opinions on the full text and abstract of the 2022 semi-annual report: the preparation and review procedures of the full text and abstract of the 2022 semi-annual report of the company comply with the relevant provisions of laws, regulations and the articles of association, and its content and format comply with the provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the information contained can truly, accurately and completely reflect the company's business management and financial status for the year, and there are no false records, misleading statements or material omissions.
