The board of directors of Shouhang High-tech Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Hou Jianfeng applied to the board of directors to resign as deputy general manager due to job adjustments. After the resignation, according to the company's arrangement, Mr. Hou Jianfeng still holds other positions in the company.
as of the date of this announcement, Mr. Hou Jianfeng does not hold shares of the company.
