Shouhang High-tech Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received the "Letter of Concern for Shouhang High-tech Energy Technology Co., Ltd." (Company Department Concern Letter [2021] No. 321) (hereinafter referred to as the "Concern Letter") issued by the Second Department of Listed Company Management of Shenzhen Stock Exchange on September 10, 2021, requiring the company to make a written explanation on the relevant matters concerned by the "Concern Letter, and reply to the Letter of Concern and disclose it to the public before September 14, 2021.
After receiving the "Letter of Concern", the company actively organizes relevant departments and personnel to implement and respond to the issues involved in the letter of concern item by item. As some of the issues involved need to be supplemented and improved, in order to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the response, the company applied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and planned to postpone the response to the "Letter of Concern" related issues before September 17, 2021.
Up to now, in view of the fact that some of the matters in the above-mentioned Letter of Concern still need to be further investigated, verified and confirmed, in order to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the contents of this reply, the company has applied to Shenzhen Stock Exchange for another extension, and plans to reply to the relevant issues of the Letter of Concern before September 23, 2021. The company will complete the response to the letter of concern as soon as possible and fulfill the obligation of information disclosure in a timely manner.
