MGGH is a tubular flue gas cooling and reheating system that cools the flue gas before the desulfurization tower, and its heat heats the flue gas to about 80 degrees after the desulfurization tower, and then enters the chimney and is discharged to the atmosphere. The MGGH system is the basic route, which is combined with the cooling and water extraction technology route to warm up the dehumidified flue gas and discharge it to ensure the "whitening" effect.
This technical method is to add a flue gas condenser at the net flue gas outlet of the desulfurization tower on the basis of MGGH to reduce the saturated gas temperature at the outlet of the desulfurization tower by 3~5°C, thereby condensing the water in the flue gas, and then After heating the flue gas, it is discharged into the chimney into the atmosphere.
The slurry spray technology is to pump part of the low-concentration slurry in the desulfurization tower out of the desulfurization tower, and then use an air-cooled cooler to cool the slurry, and then enter the upper part of the cooling tower to participate in the spraying process. The cooled low-concentration slurry has a lower temperature, which reduces the saturated moisture content of the net flue gas outlet, thereby reducing the moisture in the flue gas and achieving the purpose of whitening.
Air condensing technology is a process in which cold air enters the net flue gas condenser after the desulfurization tower and the flue gas cooler at the front of the desulfurization tower in sequence, and finally returns to the chimney outlet to mix with clean flue gas and discharge it into the chimney.
