From the release of China's "Medium and Long-term Development Plan for Renewable Energy" in 2007 to the "Industrial Structure Adjustment Guidance Catalogue (2011)" issued by the National Development and Reform Commission in 2011, photothermal power generation was listed as the first item in the new energy encouragement category. By 2016, the electricity price policy for photothermal power generation was officially promulgated, and the electricity price of 1.15 yuan/kwh was determined. The photothermal industry has gone through the process from the embryonic stage to the stage to the stage of experiment and industrial chain and industrial chain.

Recently, the first flight energy conservation participated in the "China International Photothermal Power Station Conference and cspplaza Annual Conference 2017" hosted by cspplaza in Hangzhou with the theme of "Rebuilding a New Global Photothermal Ecology". Since 2010, the first flight of energy conservation has started the construction of tower, trough and dish related small-scale and pilot-scale systems and the acquisition of key parameters. At present, the total reserve of the company's solar thermal projects reaches 1.6GW, which is the enterprise with the largest reserve in the industry. According to the concept of large-scale clean energy base, the company actively deploys solar thermal power generation equipment manufacturing bases in the western resource advantage areas with the strategy of "capacity for resources and resources for market" to accelerate the formation of the industrial chain, the projects and equipment bases in Gansu, Qinghai, Inner Mongolia and other places are expected to drive investment of 50 billion yuan and provide more than 1600 jobs.

Since 2014, Shouhang Energy Saving has jointly submitted proposals on the development of the photothermal industry to the CPPCC through the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce every year. Shouhang Energy Saving also strives to create a better public opinion atmosphere and development environment for the industry through its own efforts, and create better conditions for the development of the industry.

At the meeting, the general manager of the first flight Gao Feng also said, "In the current development form of the entire solar thermal industry, I hope that the various industrial chain links of solar thermal power generation will be inclusive of each other, common to be bigger, complementary and international. It is also hoped that the entire solar thermal industry can form a joint force to improve the success rate of solar thermal demonstration projects and form a guide and sort out the benchmark for the future development of the industry, for China's solar thermal industry."
