Announcement on the Return of Idle Raised Funds to Supplement Liquidity

Shouhang High-tech Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or the "Company") reviewed and approved the 40th meeting of the third board of directors and the 21st meeting of the third board of supervisors held on June 27, 2019. The "Proposal on Continuing to Use Part of Idle Raised Funds to Temporarily Supplement Working Capital" agreed that the company should use 400 million yuan of idle raised funds to temporarily supplement working capital, the term of use shall not exceed 12 months from the date of approval by the board of directors (from June 27, 2019 to June 26, 2020). For details, please refer to the announcement on continuing to use part of idle raised funds to temporarily replenish working capital disclosed by the company on July 1, 2019 in the designated information disclosure media "Securities Times", "Shanghai Securities News" and Juchao Information Network (http://www.cninfo.com.cn).
As of June 26, 2020, the Company has returned all the above-mentioned proceeds of $400 million for temporary replenishment of liquidity and deposited them into the Company's special account for proceeds. At the same time, the above-mentioned fund-raising returns to inform the sponsor Societe Generale Securities Co., Ltd. and the sponsor representative. So far, the company has returned all the working capital temporarily supplemented by 400 million yuan of idle raised funds.
